Hoxton's advice doesn't rely on brokerage relationships, preferred suppliers, or any commercial interest sitting behind the recommendation. We work for clients and only clients.

Our Story

Where Hoxton came from.

Hoxton wasn't built from a model or a methodology. It was built from more than twenty years of experience across real estate, facilities, workplace services, and transformation inside some of the world's fastest-moving businesses.

That meant seeing both sides. Strategy and delivery. Advisory and operations. The promise made in the room and the reality that followed afterwards.

The pattern was clear. The major firms had scale, profile, and process. What they didn't always have was proximity to the work, clear alignment, or the senior attention clients thought they were buying. Too often, the model came first and the client came second.

Hoxton was built as the alternative. Serious in capability, and sharp enough to operate in the same arenas without copying how those firms behave.
